Push yourself beyond the normal road race or bike-a-thon. The Sandman Triathlon is one of the areas best triathlons, attracting talent from all over to compete from the water through the streets of Virginia Beach. This grueling test of physical conditioning includes a 750 meter open ocean swim, 14-mile bike ride, and 5K (3.1-mile) run. Once the field has finished, we ease the recovery process with a great after-party. Cool off with a tasty beverage and reward yourself for the trials you just completed!
