The Annual Giving Fund provides general operating support to the Neptune Festival. Many of our activities and events do not generate enough revenue to offset expenses even when we have businesses sponsor – events such as school field trips to the Sandsculpting Tent, the annual Seniors’ Gala, Neptune’s Grand Parade, and most of our Court outreach activities to name a few. The Neptune Festival is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization so contributions to our Annual Giving Fund may be tax deductible.
