Music by the Ocean
Neptune Festival’s Symphony by the Sea Concert Series makes its grand return in 2024 for the 13th Season of concerts!
Located in 31st Street Park at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, all concerts are a FREE musical offering to residents and visitors. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, as the concerts are well-attended and will fill the park.

Celebrate something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue as the VSO performs beloved music that’s become the soundtrack of so many beautiful wedding ceremonies. Enjoy selections like Trumpet Voluntary and Pachelbel’s Canon, even some Kool & the Gang you might have danced to at the reception, and, of course, Mendelssohn’s Wedding March.

VIP Memberships can be purchased in 2024 for the full season of concerts for an early-bird price of $175/person until March 15th. After March 15th, the price is $195/person.
VIP Members receive the following benefits:

- Pre-Concert Receptions, including light hors d’oeuvres, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Complimentary popcorn and bottled water during concerts
- Two ticket vouchers per member for an additional VSO concert of your choice
