Non-Profit Application

The Virginia Beach Neptune Festival offers non-profits numerous opportunities to participate in events throughout the year. Our signature event, Boardwalk Weekend, attracts over 400,000 visitors to the Virginia Beach oceanfront – all people ready to interact with your non-profit.

While we offer many types of vending opportunities, product types/concepts that will not be permitted at Neptune Festival Boardwalk Weekend include, but are not limited to: Politics, Religion, Gambling, Psychic Readings, Animals, Tobacco Products (including Vape), CBD, Hemp Products, and Alcohol

Completion of this application does not guarantee a space on the Neptune Festival Boardwalk.

Participation Details

Non-profit spaces are limited to 10’ X 10’. Please ensure your operation will fit within this footprint. All organizations will be located at the discretion of the Vendor Committee.

Additionally, we ask that your non-profit provide an in-kind donation by providing volunteers for Neptune’s 8K Race and/or the Grand Parade during Boardwalk Weekend.

Note that there are a limited number of spaces for non-profit participants.

Has your organization been a non-profit vendor at the Neptune Festival before?
Will your organization be able to staff a tent for the full Neptune Festival Boardwalk Weekend of Friday, Sept 27 (12pm-8pm); Saturday, Sept 28 (10am-8pm); Sunday, Sept 29 (10am-6pm)?

If you cannot staff a full weekend, the Neptune Festival Staff will be in touch to discuss opportunities in the Non-Profit Tent Sharing Program. Please select the following shifts that you are available. The Neptune Festival will make every effort to accommodate preferences, but final scheduled space assignments will be made to best accommodate ALL participants.

I understand that conducting any prohibited activity in a Non-Profit space (as explained in the Terms and Conditions) will result in actions up to and including being banned from participation in future Neptune Festival events and immediate removal from the Boardwalk with no refunds.
