The 2017 Neptune Festival Commemorative Poster was created by Virginia Beach artist, Rick Ricketts. After graduating from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Graphic Design, Rick has worked in the sign industry for 20 years. In his words:
“Balancing art and design, I always strive to give my customers the best artwork possible. Creating informative and unique designs is a challenge I always love to take on. Art is a passion for me, not a job.”
